Inland Mendocino County Land Trust - Board of Directors


Phyllis Curtis, President of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
Phyllis Curtis - President
Phyllis was inspired to create the IMCLT, in 1997, after having witnessed throughout her life the enormous loss of agricultural lands and open space in California. Her goals are to permanently conserve agricultural lands and natural environments in Mendocino County through easements.

Bruni Kobbe - Secretary of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
Bruni Kobbe - Secretary
Bruni has degrees in biology, chemistry, and toxicology and has worked as a researcher, writer, and lab manager. She has applied her writing skills to promote conservation principles and to record board activities for the past six years.

David Riemenschneider, Treasurer of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
David Riemenschneider - Treasurer
Dave is an attorney in private practice in Ukiah, where he has lived and worked since 1984. His first stint in Mendocino County was as a teacher in the early 1970’s. That time in Mendocino County was enough to convince him to return later and settle down.

Leif Farr, member of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
Leif Farr -
Leif holds a degree in Geography from Sonoma State University and for the last 28 years he has worked in the Cartographic, Land Use, and Geographic Analysis fields within both the public and private sectors.

Eric Gordon, member of the IMCLT Board of Directors

Eric Gordon -
Eric is a land use planning consultant working with GIS. He has degrees in geomorphology, filmmaking, and is certified in permaculture design. Eric has farmed organically for 18 years. He lives with his wife, chickens, and dogs in a strawbale home.


 

Janet King -
Janet is a graduate of the University of Idaho and a retired teacher. She has farmed in Mendocino County for over 40 years.


Alan Nicholson, member of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
Alan Nicholson -
Alan has been on the Board since 2004. He practices architectural design and land use planning. He has been involved in conservation for 40 years. He has worked to draft County mitigation fee exchanges for development to conservation easements.

Warren (Beb) Ware, member of the IMCLT Board of Directors  
Warren (Beb) Ware - Beb is a rental property owner/manager.  An Eel River resident and advocate, he helped save the big trees of  Trout Creek.  For the past 16 years he has organized the Eel River Cleanup.  His current focus is protection of 5000 acres of riparian Eel River lands.
